Der Postflieger Charles A. Lindbergh nimmt sich vor, als Erster solo über den Atlantik zu fliegen. Airmail pilot Charles A. Lindbergh plans to be the first man to undertake a solo flight across the Atlantic. With the support of the citizens of St. Louis, he has a special aircraft built and in May 1927, he embarks on on this pioneering adventure, without a radio, with nothing but a few ham sandwiches – and a fly – on board.
